UNH Computer Store frequently has openings for Sales, Sales Support, and Inventory Staff.

All applicants for Computer Store openings must have previous customer service work experience and must have personal computer experience and knowledge. All must be able to quickly learn our point-of-sale system and relevant Computer Store procedures for the position they will fill. Being available to work summers is a plus. Applicants must be able to work a minimum of ten hours a week.

For Sales positions, applicants must also have previous work experience in retail, selling electronics and computer technology products.

Sales Support Staff maintain our price lists, create flyers and Computer Store signs using Adobe InDesign. They answer our phones, restock the store, assist our buyer with various daily tasks, and they are assigned a variety of Store-related projects including researching products on-line.

Inventory Staff must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., and must be organized and accurate in receiving, labeling, and picking orders. Previous inventory work experience is a plus. Applicants must have a good driving record, as making deliveries to campus departments in Computer Store trucks is a daily task. Inventory Staff mainly work at our Leavitt Lane loading dock, close to the West Edge Lot.
